Want to know what makes one house a better buy over another? Good Buy / Bad Buy is the new HGTV television series that gives an in-depth look at the process of buying a home. In each episode, a real estate agent and one other expert (such as a contractor or home inspector) give a thorough examination of two homes that a buyer is considering. These experts determine the pros and cons of each house, based on that buyer’s needs, and reveal which house is the good buy!

Good Buy / Bad Buy will premiere in 2009.
